Your commitment as a stream 1 Gateway School

As a Gateway School, you will be committed to developing an individualised work plan that aligns with your school’s objectives and calendar, ensuring agriculture is meaningfully integrated into student learning. This includes creating a cross-curricular module, engaging with industry partners, and maintaining these connections to enhance student experiences. You will also contribute to case studies through newsletters, online summits, or podcasts, sharing insights and best practices. As part of the project’s monitoring and evaluation, you will help assess its impact and effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a key role in knowledge sharing by hosting an event or participating in an online webinar (or equivalent) to support other QLD teachers in adopting successful strategies for embedding agriculture across the curriculum at their school.
